These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Milestone Consulting & Management’s website, services, digital products, and materials.
By accessing our services, submitting payments, or signing a contract, you agree to these terms.


Use of Our Services

By working with Milestone Consulting & Management (“we,” “us,” “our”), clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for project delivery
  • Maintain responsive communication and reply to approvals, content drafts, and messages
  • Grant proper access to platforms (social media, websites, CRMs, ad accounts, etc.)
  • Ensure all provided content does not violate copyright or third-party rights
  • Follow all platform rules (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.) to avoid account restrictions

We reserve the right to refuse work that violates policies, is harmful, or falls outside our expertise.


Service Agreements and Scope

All services, including social media management, content creation, websites, SEO, branding, IT support, automation, CRM setup, consulting, and digital products, are delivered according to the scope agreed in the contract or invoice.

  • Any work outside the agreed scope will require additional charges.
  • Changes to project scope after work has begun may affect pricing and timelines.
  • Strategy recommendations are based on industry best practices but results are not guaranteed.

Payments & Billing

  • Payments must be made on time according to contract terms.
  • Late or failed payments may result in paused work, delayed delivery, or administrative fees.
  • For monthly retainers, payment is due before the next month’s work begins.
  • Project work (websites, branding, automation, CRM setup, etc.) requires a deposit before work starts.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of creative, digital, and strategic services, all payments are non-refundable once work has begun, including:

  • Strategy planning
  • Revisions
  • Content creation
  • Web development
  • Automation or CRM configuration
  • Consulting
  • IT setup
  • Onboarding

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Delays caused by lack of client communication
  • Change in business direction or preferences
  • Issues caused by social platform updates or account restrictions
  • Client dissatisfaction unrelated to quality or contractual performance
  • Partial months of service or unused time

Digital products, templates, and downloads are final sale.


Revisions & Approvals

  • Revision limits are defined in each package or proposal.
  • Additional revisions will incur extra fees.
  • Clients must provide feedback within the requested timeframe.
  • Once approved, content is final and scheduled/published.

Delays in approval may shift posting timelines.


Content Ownership

Clients own the final delivered content after full payment is received.

Milestone Consulting & Management retains ownership of:

  • Raw footage
  • Unedited content
  • Design files
  • Templates
  • Project/source files (unless purchased separately)

We reserve the right to use final work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.


Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing functional logins, passwords, and access permissions
  • Ensuring MFA codes are provided when needed
  • Reviewing and approving content before posting
  • Complying with copyright requirements for materials they provide
  • Ensuring their platforms do not violate community guidelines

We are not responsible for delays caused by missing or late client information.


Our Responsibilities

We will:

  • Deliver services professionally according to the agreed scope
  • Follow best practices for marketing, social media, automation, and IT setup
  • Keep client information confidential
  • Notify clients of delays caused by unforeseen circumstances
  • Use reasonable skill and care in producing content and strategies

Automation, CRM, & Technical Services Terms

For services involving CRM platforms (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign, etc.), automation tools (Zapier, Make), or IT systems:

  • Clients are responsible for platform subscription fees
  • Email/SMS compliance (e.g., anti-spam laws) is the client’s responsibility
  • We do not guarantee sales, lead volume, or conversions
  • Workflow performance depends on third-party tools and client-side inputs
  • We do not provide long-term cybersecurity monitoring

We configure systems but are not responsible for internal misuse or data management errors by the client’s team.


Website Development & SEO Terms

For website or SEO services:

  • Hosting, domains, plugins, and platform fees are the client’s responsibility
  • We are not responsible for website outages or server issues
  • SEO results vary by market competition and algorithm updates
  • We do not guarantee specific ranking outcomes
  • Delivery timelines depend on timely client feedback, approvals, and content submission

Liability & Disclaimers

Milestone Consulting & Management is not liable for:

  • Financial loss, reduced engagement, or sales declines
  • Account bans, restrictions, or policy violations caused by the client
  • Platform outages, bugs, or algorithm changes
  • Performance variations based on external market conditions
  • Security breaches caused by weak client passwords
  • Third-party service errors (hosting providers, CRMs, automations, etc.)
  • Misuse of tools after handoff

We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as viral content, follower growth, or sales numbers.


Confidentiality

All information shared by clients is confidential.

We may only disclose information:

  • When legally required
  • To authorized team members assisting in the project
  • When necessary for service delivery (e.g., scheduling tools, CRM integrations)

Cancellation & Termination

Clients may cancel services by providing written notice according to contract terms.

Upon cancellation:

  • All completed work will be billed
  • No refunds will be issued for deposits or unused service time
  • Access will be removed and project work will cease immediately

We may terminate services if:

  • Payments are late or not received
  • The client violates these terms
  • The client becomes abusive or unprofessional
  • The project requires work outside our ethical or professional boundaries

Digital Product Terms

Digital products (templates, downloads, guides) are:

  • Final sale
  • Licensed for personal or business use only
  • Not to be resold, redistributed, or shared publicly

Unauthorized distribution may result in legal action.


Website Use & Intellectual Property

All website content—including text, branding, graphics, images, and products—is owned by Milestone Consulting & Management.

Users may not:

  • Copy, resell, or distribute website content
  • Repurpose or reproduce digital materials
  • Use content for competitive or commercial purposes
  • Claim ownership of our work

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.


Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
